DR Car Cast was forged years ago as a young boy ventured down an eclectic path.
From the sights, sounds and smells of Ascot Park to the shear speed at Ontario Motor Speedway, Dan was pulled into every facet of motorsports. Anything that had to do with a vehicle was consumed and desired.
After a short stint in wrenching, Dan knew his real love was in driving. Life took its course and his parents were never behind his desire to race but his desire to race never waned.
After marriage, with his brides’ support, Dan mounted a brief 9 year stint driving a race car in SCCA’s GT4. Following that, he traveled the country as a Chaplain, PA Announcer and SCCA Pro Race Official with the likes of SRO, Trans Am, MX 5 Cup, Formula BMW and even Indy Car.
